Welcome to PrepCAD. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing or downloading any CAD model from PrepCAD, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold on our website are digital CAD models (e.g., STEP, STL, DWG, etc.).
Files are delivered via instant digital download or direct email after payment is confirmed.
For customized CAD models, delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity.

2. Licensing & Usage Rights

CAD models purchased from PrepCAD are licensed for personal, educational, or commercial use as specified in each product description.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share our CAD models.
- Claim our models as your own work.
- Use our models in any way that violates applicable laws.
Custom CAD models created for you remain your property once delivered, but PrepCAD retains the right to showcase non-sensitive designs for portfolio and marketing purposes (unless agreed otherwise in writing).

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or other listed gateways.
Prices are displayed in USD (or your local currency if supported).
By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Because CAD models are digital goods, all sales are final once files are downloaded or customization work has started.
Refunds are only considered in cases of:
- Duplicate purchase.
- Non-delivery of files.
- Corrupted/unusable files (if unresolved by our support team).

5. Customization Orders

For custom CAD models, we rely on the information and specifications you provide.
Once customization work begins, the order is non-refundable.
Additional changes or revisions may require extra fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prepcad is not responsible for any damages, production issues, or business losses resulting from the use of our CAD models.
Models are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure model compatibility with their software, machines, or production requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and CAD models listed on PrepCAD remain the intellectual property of PrepCAD unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying or distribution of our files will result in legal action.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
