At prepcad, we specialize in providing high-quality digital CAD models and offer customization services based on client requirements. Because our products are digital files and custom-made designs, all sales are considered final.

❌ No Refunds After Delivery

Once a customized CAD model has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund, cancellation, or exchange. Please review product details and confirm your requirements carefully before placing an order.

✅ Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

We may issue a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
File Error: The file provided is corrupted or cannot be opened, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
Non-Delivery: You did not receive the CAD files within the agreed delivery timeline.

🛠️ Customization Requests

All customized CAD models are created based on the specifications you provide.
Once customization work has started, the order is non-refundable.
If you need changes after delivery, additional fees may apply depending on the scope of revision.
